There is a lot of people talking about this warm up coming this week! And some wishing it would stay cold and snowy! Well we can't please everybody all at once and this week it looks like the warm weather lovers will be the happy ones! I have 50s in the forecast by Saturday! It is looking like today will be the last cold day for a little while! This means we can get out and enjoy it while it last! We have to remember it is that time of year where we bounce up and down in our temperatures! This temperature change all the time can make people a little upset! I know it makes some of my family upset! For one day you could be out and enjoying the nice weather then the next day it is snowing! That's just how it works! Now take a look at this weather map I have put together for you below! Showing you Lafayette's temperatures to come.....That's right we see above the snowmen will be melting! Snowmen RUN!!!!! lol.....The only catch to this warmer weather is I also have some rain in the forecast as well. Yep I said rain and not snow showers. The rain is forecasted for Saturday however it is not looking like much less then a Quarter inch. However we may need to watch out for some possible flooding. This is because we will go as you see above to the 40s and 50s which will melt all our snow then only to have some light rain on Saturday and again on Monday with it! This is what we will have to watch next week. Lets just hope we wont have to worry about it..........But today look for Partly cloudy skies and a high around 29* degrees. Winds light between 10 and 15 mph with some possible gusts to 20 mph at times. Friday will really be the start of our warmer weather and we will be able to enjoy it with Partly cloudy to mostly clear skies! I know I'M looking forward to it. With this warmer weather coming I also have been looking for some possible Thundershowers for later on next week! We will have to watch for that as it is getting close to the stormy season again. I love to track weather but I'M not looking forward to that kind of weather! But this is why we have this weather blog to keep everybody updated and with the latest! But still we do have today to get through before the warm weather really hits and the little doggies are staying nice and warm as we see below.
That is Eevee and Sophie the two little Chihuahua's staying nice and warm on there pillow! With this snow still on the ground they get cold fast! And I know that sophie had a nose dive in the snow last year! Snow I don't think she is a big snow lover anymore! She will be looking forward to the warmer days to come! Thanks to my Aunt for sending in this cute picture..... Now here is you Quick Cast posted below! Thank you for reading and have a good day..........:-)
