These storms are weakening as they continue to move into the WLFI viewing area! Still many areas are seeing the light to moderate rainfall and still lightning. Newton, and Jasper, counties are looking good at this time. I'M still picking up the rainfall rate in Benton, county at 1" to 2" inches an hour. And Pea sized hail possible. No anything severe at this time which is good news. These storms have lifted to the north of Lafayette ever so slightly. Still we will be seeing this rain into later on tonight.
Like one of you said "If this keeps up we will need a boat" LOL that is true! Remember we do still have those flash flood warnings out for Tippecanoe, Warren, Clinton, And Benton, counties. So remember your flood rules and or safety tips!
I have some wonderful pictures I can't Wait to show you all here on the Indiana Weather Blog. That and some Damage reports! I thank you all so much for all your reports and help tracking tonight! You Rock!! I will continue to keep running updates as needed. Stay tuned and lets all stay safe!
Hey Justin! You do a great job at keeping us all posted LOL. Thanks so much.
