Stay safe bloggers. Happy Thanksgiving.

Well, tomorrow is Thanksgiving bloggers so I wanted to pop back in one more time before we all settle down for some family time and a wonderful feast with our loved ones. And also to post one last look at the Thanksgiving day forecast! So lets go ahead and check that out below.

Thanksgiving is looking Cold, And Wet. We will see rain through out much of the day otherwise mostly cloudy skies. Rain could be heavy at times. I'm currently looking for rainfall between a half inch and three quarters of an inch with locally higher amounts near an inch possible. Winds will be between 10 and 20 mph with gusts to 25 mph possible. Highs will reach 43* degrees in the early morning , Temperatures will then start to fall through out the day. Lows will drop into the upper teens around 17* degrees.

We are looking at some rain showers mixed with possible sleet in areas for today into tonight. You can already see the sleet in Lafayette, in this image below.Between both today and Thanksgiving I think we could pick up a grand rainfall total between 1" and 2" inches possible in the WLFI viewing area. We are looking for some high rainfall numbers with this one. The national weather service has already gone ahead and put Flood Watches into effect just south of Montgomery county. Just south of Montgomery county is where I expect to see the highest Rainfall amounts come it. They could be pushing 3" to near 5" inches when all is said and done between today and Thanksgiving. So from droughts, to floods, lol. Can't Indiana ever get it right?? ;) lol

And last but not least, It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without a crazy and or "Funny" Thanksgiving commercial. So I found one that I find funny lol. Take a look below. I know you'll laugh because this has happened to just about everyone who has ever tried to cook a turkey lol :)

Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful! So I'm asking what are you thankful for?

I'm thankful for soooooo many things that it would be a never ending blog post if I tried to name them all. So I'll just say the MAIN thing that I'm thankful for. And that would have to be with out a doubt (My Family). I'm so thankful to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my family. After the year I've had or should I say after the year my whole family has had, Just having my family together is all I could ever ask for. So I just want to say to you all. I wish you a VERY HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Love every moment of it. Enjoy your time with your friends and family.

((And God Bless!))

  3. Aww JLB, that was so sweet.. Justin The video is too funny! I did not have a real Thanksgiving last year. I was very ill and in need of surgery. I almost lost my life. I am so grateful for all the wonderful doctors, my family and friends, and of course Jesus Christ our Lord.

    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving all!
