The Latest On The Thanksgiving Day Forecast!

Yes, it's that time of year again! Only "4" day's left until Thanksgiving!! A time when all the family comes home to enjoy a feast, and time, with loved ones. Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays along with Christmas. So you better believe that I'm looking forward to it! And you also better believe that I have put together the latest Thanksgiving day forecast for you all as well ;) And I'll get to it in just a minute. First lets go ahead and take a look at whats in store weather - wise for us today.

Today we will look for Partly cloudy skies through out the day. Highs will be in the upper 50s to low 60s with lows tonight in the low to middle 50s. Winds today will be gusty! Expect to see winds blowing between 10 and 20 mph with gusts between 25mph and 28mph near 30mph at times!

Clouds will move back into the area tonight along with the chance for a few light scattered rain showers across the area. I'm not expecting to see much in the way of rainfall. Currently looking for less then a quarter inch near that tenth inch mark.

Extended Outlook. Today and Monday are the two mild days this week before falling right into WINTER! ;) We will look for rain chances this week starting Monday morning and running through Wednesday. And the way the weather models are looking at this time, We could pick up some decent rainfall amounts here in the WLFI viewing area! :)

Now let's take a look at the BIG THANKSGIVING DAY FORECAST!Yes, I'm looking for Mostly cloudy skies across the WLFI viewing area through out the day, with around a 30% chance for some scattered snow flurries still in the forecast. No nothing adding up to anything however seeing some flurries fly would be a nice touch to the holiday that's for sure! Highs will be COLD - D - D - D in the lower 30s around 33* degrees, With lows even cooler in the teens!! :) Around 18* degrees. And this is the real temperature, not wind chill! ;)

If your planing on heading out early on Black Friday be sure to dress warm cause temperatures will only be in the upper teens to low 20s that morning. Yes, we are JUMPING right into winter! :D

So there you have it bloggers. Have a great rest of the weekend!

I'll check back again soon.
