Working Hard Burning The Midnight Oil.

Hey bloggers. It's after midnight and we just finished up putting in a new hot water heater. Yes, we have been all day working and then found out that our hot water heater went out and started leaking all over. So we have been working like crazy trying to get the new one put in. Thank goodness it's all finished and working great! I'm totally tired right now and still have a few more things to get done.

I just wanted to pop in real fast and check in on my bloggers. I did happen to do a quick run through with the weather models and I can tell you that the winds will still going to be a huge problem today. I still look for winds blowing between 25 and 35 mph with gusts up to 40 - 45 mph. And this will be one of those days where our temperature continues to drop as the day goes on. Our low tonight will be in the low teens near single digits. With winds still blowing at 25 - 35 mph we will see a wind chill of around -5 to -10 degrees. Our daytime wind chill will feel around 20 degrees. That's with our expected high around 35 degrees. But remember the temperature will be falling as the day continues. Bottom line it's going to be COLD!! ;)

We will slowly see our precipitation change over to a mixture followed by all snow. with all this rain we have already seen and Lafayette, picking up over an inch total at this time it will make snow accumulation difficult. If we see any snow accumulation I'm thinking it would be around an inch or "less". Kinda like what we seen last Monday morning. Sorry Brow, but KEEP DANCING!! :) I'm dancing with ya!! ;)

I'm going to get some rest. Please take it slow on the roads everyone! It will be slick. And the last thing we need is for someone to get hurt. Allow yourself extra time to get where you need to go...
