Mild weather before another rain system moves through the area.

Well bloggers, the mild weather continues this week as I have 60s back in the forecast by as soon as Wednesday afternoon. Our average high for this time of year is right around 58* degrees. Wednesday we could be as much as 5* degrees above average. It's been a real back and forth battle with temperatures this month and it seems that'll continue at least for a little bit longer. After highs in the 60s on Wednesday we will fall once again into the 40s by the start of the weekend. Lows below freezing. It's really hard to get use too.

Take a look at the forecast below.
Tonight is looking like mostly cloudy skies across the area. I cannot totally rule out the chance of a stray light spotty shower in the area however nothing of much concern. Mostly sunny skies and warm on Tuesday with a high around 58* degrees. The real rain comes back into the story by Wednesday evening around 8pm. partly cloudy to start the day with increasing clouds and rain into early Thursday. Rainfall between .15" and .25". Partly cloudy skies Thursday afternoon and mostly clear and cooler by Friday.

You can see the rain showers moving into the area in this model below.
This is looking into 8pm Wednesday night. By 10PM rain will be area wide. Cooler temperatures will follow this system as we head into the weekend. Expect Wednesday and Thursday to be breezy as this system approaches and moves through. Tightly pack isobars on Friday will also keep it cool and breezy. winds between 15 and 20 mph gusting to 25 + mph at times.
