The systems to come!

We will see the snow start to fly anytime now! However I see Lafayette with the 1" to 2" inch range which I think we will stay closer to an inch and a quarter! Up around Newton and jasper counties for tonight into tomorrow will see the 1" to 3" inch range however I think they will be closer to the 2" inch mark! Winds will be a BIG PROBLEM for travel! We will see winds between 15 and 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph! This will drop visibility! Please if you don't have to go anywhere tonight or early morning then stay home!

Now Wednesday snowfall is still being tricky to forecast! But here is how things look as of tonight! Lafayette is looking like the 1" to 3" inch range! And Newton and Jasper counties are looking like the 2" to 4" inch range however one model map is showing Newton and Jasper counties with 3" to 5" inches! Now this is not a for sure forecasted amount for Wednesday! Because this system is tricky! I just wanted to give you all the heads up that the 3" to 5" inches is possible up north! I will keep you all posted on this as it gets closer so keep checking back! :-)

We also have winter weather advisories out around the area so here is the Link to keep up on them all below just click!!
