Snow Chance In The Forecast! Keep The Shovel's Handy!

Well, it was a good game last night for sure! However we came up just a little short unfortunately :( I have many thoughts as to why we came up short! I don't want to put the blame on any one single person, However I don't agree at all with Colts coach Jim Caldwell's Time out with 30 seconds left in the game. This stopped the clock to allow the Jets to get reset to take another shot down field to move the ball closer for an easy field goal. I mean, either way the Jets were gonna try for a field goal however had Jim Caldwell not have stopped the clock then the Jets would have kicked from 40+ yards out! making it a slimmer chance of making it. By calling the time out he allowed them another chance to move the ball closer which they did to kick an easy three points to win the game by one. Final Score (16) To (17).You can see Peyton Manning, after the game above. I've seen him happier! Now I'm not saying that the Colts didn't have some problems as well. We started the first half with three 3rd and 1's. And we couldn't pick them up! Still we ended the first half with a 7 - 0 lead. However to start the second half we couldn't stop the run for nothing. And had we picked up that last first down in the late 4th quarter then we could have taken the clock down before kicking our field goal that put us up by two. So there are lots of pros and cons with last nights game! Still I do not agree with Jim Caldwell's Time out at the end!

No matter what it was a good season! And the Colts did a GREAT job for having most of the starters on IR and STILL MAKING THE PLAYOFFS!!!. Now we have all off season to get the team healthy and have a strong new season! Maybe we will make it to the Superbowl?!? That would be nice as Indianapolis will host the Superbowl in 2012! GO COLTS!

Now before we take a look at the weather forecast how about that Exclusive interview with someone close to the red winged black birds?? :) Yes, it's Seth Meyers with the Weekend Update! Let's take a look. You'll love this I promise!

Don't forget you have until Saturday at 4:am EST to vote on the Poll to the top right of this post.

I seen this last night after the Colts game and thought to myself "This has got to go on JIWB" lol. Now let's see what we have in store over the next few days! Anymore on the possible snow from Monday night into Tuesday? Well, lets find out!
Above is a look at the expected low pressure track over Monday night into Tuesday! If the GFS model is right with this track then we could be seeing the heavier band of snow set up over the WLFI viewing area, and if your a snow lover like myself then that would be GREAT NEWS! lol :) Still this system will need to be watched closely for sure. Right now most models are agreeing on at least a 2" to 4" inch range. With around a 40% chance of at least 4" inches. With that being said, At this time I don't want to rule out the possibility of 5" inches in areas! Right now I'm not going to set anything in stone. I want a few more model runs under my belt. Still I have gone ahead and made a snow - cast map to show you all what models indicate at this time! Take a look below.
Again this isn't set in stone just yet! I'm expecting partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies tomorrow. Clouds will continue to move in as the day continues into the afternoon and evening hours. We can expect snow showers late Monday night into all day Tuesday. So I will go through the data once again tomorrow and have a final snow - cast map posted tomorrow evening! Still at this time I'M liking the 3" to 5" inch range! :) Now let's take a look at your detailed quick cast.
.
Quick Cast.....
.
Monday we will look for partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies through out the WLFI viewing area. More clouds will move in as the day continues. Expect highs around 27* degrees with lows that night around 18* degrees. Winds between 10 and 15 mph. Snow showers will move into the area later that night around 3:am EST into Tuesday.
.
Tuesday we will see snow showers through out much of the day. Currently looking for a wide area of 3" to 5" inches. (Watching closely). Otherwise mostly cloudy skies. Highs will be around 27* degrees with lows that night around 17* degrees. winds will be between 10 and 15 mph.

So that's it for now bloggers! I will be watching this developing snow system closely! And I will be back with a final look at your snow - cast tomorrow evening. Stay safe and I'll see you then!

God Bless!
