Wild weather is on the way!!!!!

A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN PUT IN EFFECT FROM NOW UNTIL 4:00PM THIS EVENING. FOR THE FOLLOWING..........

INDIANA COUNTIES INCLUDED AREBENTON

BOONE CARROLL CLAY CLINTON DAVIESS FOUNTAIN GIBSON GREENE HENDRICKS JASPER KNOX MARTIN MONROE MONTGOMERY MORGAN NEWTON OWEN PARKE PIKE POSEY PUTNAM SPENCER SULLIVAN TIPPECANOE VANDERBURGH VERMILLION VIGO WARREN WARRICK

Our Lift Index has fallen once again from the -2 range this morning to now closer to -3 range this means things are liking the chance for stronger storms possible today! We are still looking for winds to be gusting to 50 mph in storms as well for things to start around 1:pm this afternoon. We will watch this system closely and take it hour by hour! That is for sure.....

Tornadoes I will still keep in the 5% chance however we will not rule them out! Wind being the main thing to watch as we already have wind advisories out will be a 45% chance and small hail is also likely with that being a good 30 % chance!

We will keep watching things move in and try to keep that tornado risk around 5%.
We are right on the line for the MOD risk for severe weather! I will check back with more through out the day as needed..........
