That's Right It Is For Sure A Freaky Friday!!!! OK, Some of us may be waking up to some scattered thundershowers this early morning. However the real heavy stuff is still to come later on this evening / tonight into early Saturday and that is what we are here to talk about. I will be heading to bed after I finish posting this blog so I can have at least a few hours sleep under my belt before we start in tracking again today! All eyes are going to be on the radars that is for sure! I will have the computer on standby and baby sitting the Doppler.....

Here is a look at a map I just put together for you all to show what we are really looking for later on today. This is for later on this evening / tonight. Check it out below.
You can see we are watching this Warm front continue to move across the area. And this front is really going to warm us up today. And not just any warm up!! We are talking middle 90s possible. Yes, I'M looking for a high around 95* degrees today! And you all already know that having highs like this with a strong cold front on the back side that somethings gotta give! And we are going to become unstable fast! Yes, we are looking at Lifted Index between -6 and -8 while our CAPE values are going to be really high around 4,000J/kg to a possible 45,00J/kg..... And this is going to support some Large Hail and Dangerous Frequent Lightning..... This is all expected to start later on this evening / tonight into Saturday. I will give a much better time line on here later on this afternoon. Until then here is a look at our main threats today..........

Main Storm Threat.

Dangerous Cloud To Ground Lightning.

Large Hail Possible.

Heavy Rainfall Between A Half Inch And One Inch Possible. Expect Higher Amounts In Thunderstorms.

High Gusty Winds In Storms. (Outside Of Storms Between 20 And 25mph With Gusts To 35mph Later On Tonight Possible)

An Isolated Tornado Cannot Be Ruled Out Just Yet.
