Good morning bloggers.

You can see the radar image below. This was taken at 10:20AM EST. We have been seeing snow flurries to snow showers all morning and the temperature is still falling. Well, I have been watching the radar and we could see good bands of snow at times today however I'm still calling for my less then an inch in snow accumulation for today. The wind is still our big threat! Lafayette, has already seen winds gusting to 37 mph near 40 mph while Mary Anne, in Remington, has been seeing winds gusting to 40 mph. I still look for winds to gust to 40 - 45 mph some gusting near 50 mph at times in open areas.

COLD wind chills. Please KEEP YOUR PETS WARM AND SAFE!!Wind chill will be the other factor. Lows tonight will fall into the single digits around 9 degrees with out wind chill. With wind chill it will feel around -10 to -12 degrees. Tomorrow we won't break 20 degrees. Our high will be in the teens around 14 degrees. With winds still blowing around 20 to 25 mph we will see a wind chill of -2 to -4 degrees. Thursday's low will fall to around 8 degrees with out wind chill. With wind chill we will feel around -10 degrees. Yes, winter is here!! Let's enjoy it! :)

Stay safe bloggers. Roads will become more and more slick as the day goes and we continue to fall below freezing. Take your time if you have to go out and above all be careful!! I'll check back soon.....
