I'm already getting reports of winds gusting to 40mph in Lafayette. along with 40mph gust in Kokomo. Fort Wayne, currently seeing gusts to 41mph. And Remington, seeing gusts to 31mph.
This along with some icing in Montgomery, county is already causing 542 power outages!
Believe it or not Tippecanoe, county has already seen lights flickering and we have 34 power outages in!
This is causing lots of blowing and drifting snow in the viewing area! Low visibility in all snow areas will be a problem once we become all snow later on. Remember that even our 4" to 6" inch snow range can drift into feet of snow with winds of 40+ mph!
